gangster adjacent

Someone who tries really hard to be gangster, but just fails miserably. This person usually uses lots of slang in their speech to try and make themselves sound cooler, but it just doesn't work.

Scott : Yung Nova is so gangster man.
Seth: No way man, she's totally gangster adjacent.
