It's usage is meant to convey not only a sense of annoyance or aggravation (derived from the "ugh" component), but also the conveyance of emotion through the use of the "fuck". Most commonly used by itself, it can, however, be inserted into other words, used adverbially, etc.

1. A much cooler way to say the word "fuck."

2. A term that can be used in order to avoid being reprimanded for using the word "fuck" while also being a badass at the same time because you said "fugack" instead of "fuck."

1. Oh fugack... we are so fugacked.
