Used to describe a type of person or behaviour.
Not really bad, but only sort of good. Kind of.

"He said he was feeling a little frackett this morning."
"You go over there and act frackett while I'll hide behind that monkey-puzzle tree and then steal her handbag."

a jacket you wear to frats because you don't mind if at the end of the night, it is covered in beer, frat sludge, or other unidentifiable liquids. Also, it is not a big deal if this jacket is lost during or stolen during the course of the night.

Person 1: Ah, I made the mistake of bringing my J.Crew pea coat out last night and now its covered in beer!

Person 2: You should have brought your fracket instead!

Shady fraudulent dealings that Big Oil engages in to acquire approval for hydraulic mining.

I hear that X-on and other greedy "big biz" corporations are paying humongous bribes to government officials for permits to hydraulically mine for oil and other valuable resources, even in places where such operations are dangerous to the environment... sounds like a classic case of fracketeering to me.
