fobert

Commonly misconceieved as a simple mis-spelling of "Robert". Is actually a replacement for larger words when it is innapropriate to use the larger word or the word is too hard to pronounce.

1.He had a fault with his dioxynucleic acid.
He had a problem with his fobert.

2.Boy: Please play with my fobert.
Girl: Why do you always call your penis "fobert"?

The Fogerty Look

The look one will give during the act of Fogerty Time if someone derives from the routine. It is commonly misinterpreted as a death stare, for they are very similar.

As we were jamming, I started to add a bit of zest to my bass line, and I immediately got The Fogerty Look. I proceeded to return to the original bass line in fear for my life.

Fübertastic

1. A portmanteau of not two, but three words:

a) Fucking - self-explanatory. Used as an intensifier.

b) Über - the German word for "above" or "over," now commonly used in English to mean "super," "better," or "very"

c) Tastic - shortened version of "fantastic," now used as a suffix to other activities or names (e.g. foodtastic)

All three of these words combined form the superlative, nay, the mother of all words. Not to be used lightly.

2. In concordance with the use of tastic as a suffix and über as a prefix, a single word may be inserted between them (e.g. fubercraptastic).

1. Charlie: How was the party?
Kevin: OMG...it was...it was...I can't even describe it...
Scott: Fübertastic?

2. Kevin: Yo, wassup?
Charlie: ughhhhhhhhh
Kevin: What's wrong?
Charlie: ughhhhhhhhh
Kevin: Did you seriously drink that entire keg?
Charlie: ughhhhhhhhh
Kevin: C'mon, man, give me something. How you feeling?
Charlie: Fubercraptastic....

Fogerty Time

The act in which a band member is allowed to jam for an extended period of time while the rest of the band is left to play the same thing for the entire duration of the Fogerty Time. Sometimes this period could last for several minutes or even an entire song so long as the remaining band members play similar parts for most of the song. Fogerty time can include any instrument including: guitar, harmonica, saxophone, piano, and vocals.

The Fogerty Look can also be used if the other band members are not cooperating.

CCR - Keep on Chooglin': includes full on Fogerty Time. The bass plays the same note almost the whole song.

CCR - Heard It Through The Grapevine: includes an extended Fogerty Time at the end that comprises of most of the song.
