On a message board, when a topic creator tries to make a funny or smart topic and fails, it is a flopic. A combination of topic and flop.

On a GameFAQs message board:
alright i was playing online and my team started talking about the new maps. Someone said that with the new maps or the new patch their going to do away with juggernaut. Now i didn'At believe it but the rest of my team did. Has anyone else heard about this and if so do you have a link to the info?

A untrustworthy individual who can't complete a task without the help of someone else then takes full credit. This person will always upgrade their own job title to something that makes them sound more important and smarter than they really are. A typical Ratfink Flopdick will talk about how good and important they are while it's painfully obvious they are a worthless piece of dog shit.

That dude is such a Ratfink Flopdick! That chump told us he banged two chicks yesterday then today I overheard him telling someone that he nailed three.

Just look at that Ratfink Flopdick, he lays down chalk line in a parking lot and calls himself a "process improvement engineer." WTF

Flopcorn

The pieces of popcorn that don't pop even though you put 2 minutes and shake the bag. Flopcorn might seem like a bad thing, but if you think about it, flopcorn means less popcorn to steal flavor from the other popcorn, and a more buttery, saltier popcorn.

I ate all the popcorn and found flopcorn in the bottom of the bag, it was disappointing, but then I think back to how much better the other popcorn taste, then cheered up.
