When somebody says that they will do an unreasonable task or say something that someone else does not believe, the other person can call "bitch-card". This basically means that if the person does not do the task or is lying, they get bitch-slapped across the face. BUT... if the person who is bitch-carded says "flip-card" and they do the task or they are not lying about the bitch-carded statement, then they get a slap on their worthy opponent, or the person who bitch-carded them.
