a guy going after the lowest standards of women or other material needs. nearly in all cases being a person with low self esteem. And most of the time ugly as that is a major cause of low self esteem.

The vast majority of humans who dwell and feed off of low vibrational world content. These humans are comfortable at this level and will never evolve into thier higher vibrational selves. Some may try but essentially fail because they let thier weakness decide thier fate.
