Exponchados

Spanglish for "taken out" or "removed", as in a criminal conviction that has been expunged or has undergone a process by which a defendant's guilty plea is withdrawn and a not guilty plea is entered in its place. For many law enforcement purposes, it is no longer considered to be a conviction. Public records show such a conviction was "set aside and dismissed."
