An adjective, in Latin American Spanish, that refers to an individual as being high on a stimulant or upper, usually cocaine or meth, characterized by narrow pupils, sweating, excessive and rapid speech, and generalized hyperactivity. In English, this is referred to as being geeked.

Friend 1: What idiot gave Kimmy a line of coke last night?

Friend 2: It was some guy trying to get her to sleep with him. Little did he know how geeked she would get and talk his ear off instead!

Friend 1: She was definitivamente encaramao!
