A popular deck type in the Magic the Gathering TCG that uses the creature type "elves". Typically, the idea stems from playing lots of elf type creatures to ramp lots of mana, allowing you to play high level spells early in the game. Another choice strategy is to overwhelm one's opponent with lots of elves, dealing damage in quantity instead of high power creatures.
Elfball is retarded. By turn 3, the player had 9 mana float. I just couldn't keep up with that speed.
