An ecomonger is an anti-capitalist, self-serving, doom-merchant who believes every catastrophe is a result of a proven change in the average annual temperature and that all green initiatives should be adopted without question. The opposite of a climate change sceptic and as equally blinkered.

Unfortunately the ecomongers have long ago set their greedy gaze upon these public lands and have deemed them to be wilderness. A person using modifications to their car in hopes to increase his MPG. This is normally done to increase mileage for cheap in order to save money.

It can be from throwing parts into your engine to make it more fuel efficient or by making your car/bike more aerodynamic
