its a name for those boys/"men-who-act-like-boys" who look like hamesters, with weird teeth and weirder hair, who annoy you and keep nagging and constantly annoying and weirding you out.
maybe be smart and very educated, from a good family and background, but still a pain in the Hooha.

Dwiblett: why cant we go drinking? why cant we go out? why cant we go to the movies? why are you mean to me? why are you rude to me? why do you have breakfast at 12 pm? why do you wear black all the time?
