The phenomenon which occurs when a person of Dutch nationality comes in contact with one of English heritage. From the fusion of Dutch and English cultures, crazy, irresponsible, ludicrous and at times disturbing happenings have been sighted. Alcohol is not a necessity, however certainly acts as a catalyst.

Did you see those that English guy and Dutch guy getting arrested for running around naked on the metro before showing there balls to a police officer?
Yes it was a prime example of the Dutchglish effect.
