To move or act in a slow, unmotivated manner. Often used to refer to someone who is lazy, or late to a job.

Clyde: What time do they let you in for visiting hours?

David: 10:30

Clyde: They will let ya in here at 10:30 and here you come drag ass'n in here at 11:00.
