Shortened version of the words Dumbass Idiotic Trash Talking Useless Shit-head.
Commonly used by bikers and truckers in reference to an unwanted pest.

A couple bikers and a trucker had pulled into a truck stop off the interstate to refuel, while at the pumps they strike up a pleasent conversation. One biker gives a heads up towards a shifty looking individual that he notices walking towards the group and as the trucker turns and looks he says, " Look out bro's here comes a dittus."

A unique neogender for those who are desperately trying to stand out, even if it means they're sacrificing key elements of their true identity. When in the persona of a "dittosexual" they can change their pronouns and nickname once every two weeks. Confusing both supporters and non-supporters. This also leads to a toxic relationship for victims who are forced to tolerate the lack of consistency in their new identity.

My girlfriend is a dittosexual, and she claims she can be whatever she wants and that I need to be supportive or she'll cheat on me.
