The term decruz dates back to early French automobile enthusiast Simone DeCruz who used to lower his cars, in a similar fashion to the popular 'low riders' of the 80s and 90s.
The term re-gained is popularity during 2006-2007 as Joseph DeCruz modified his office chair to sit incredibly low, in an effort to relive the early French days
To do a 'decruz' is to lower your chair to the point where you might as well sit on the floor.
