A word shouted to fill an awkward silence and or just to say for no reason. Said repeatedly for no reason such as Tourettes.

If you are walking by someone on the street and feel the need to say something, just yell decchia!

Or in an awkward silence ask loudly, "Is DECCHIA there please?"

In the case of mild Tourettes someone would say "de-DECCHIA there!"

It is the ship between Two Characters in the shounen Anime My Hero Academia / 僕のヒーローアカデミア.
The Ship consists of Izuku Midoriya / 緑みどり谷や出いず久く and Bakugō Katsuki / 爆ばく豪ごう勝かつ己き.
It is viewed as a Unhealthy Ship, But Bakudeku Fans seem to think otherwise.

Person A : I Personally ship KatsuDeku/Bakudeku/Decchan.
Person B : I don't Ship it but i respect it, Since they aren't real and people need to stop fussing over anime characters and calling stuff toxic.
Person A : Right? You can't just tell someone that something the like is bad and expect them to Stop liking it, Keep your opinion to yourself! I don't care what you think!

Glistening water, they’re always a fun person to be around. you NEVER want to get on their bad side EVER. they love the hardest and are hopeless romantics, they live for romance!! they’re horny ALL THE TIME they just never show it. if you know a Dechia KEEP them! they have WAY too much pride but will care for you, they just don’t show it.
