The morning after a particularly heavy night of beer and Mexican food, when that one icy drop of water splashes back up after your drop a turd and it hits the exact eyelet of your asshole, briefly causing your breath to catch in your throat.

Deadringer 

A word to describe someone who has the same physcial appearance as another person.

The word originated from medieval Britain when it was believed that when a person dies his spirit walks to his birthplace and rings a bell signalling the end of the physical life.

"Kelsey Grammer is a deadringer or Mussolini."
