To remove any display or hint of goon like behaviour from ones sight, life, social network site etc
If you ever think after you've posted something on facebook "hmmm that was a bit goonish of me" then you need be worried about being involved in de-goonification.

I was looking through my news feed and some people's statuses have really made me consider starting a de-goonification process on my page

To detach yourself from "Google's grip" on your Web life.

To stop using services by Google and removing information associated with them.
A good thing to do.

Person 1: "Why are you not using Google Drive, or G-Mail or anything like that?"

Person 2: "It is part of my De-Googlification process. I promised my wife I would quit."

Degoonification

The process were a person stops gooning for 2 months. After this process, he will be verified as a non gooner.

Oliver underwent the process of degoonification, he seems like a better person now.
