skintight jeans commonly worn by 80's rockers and metalheads. Pants are so tight that you can see the dick, hence the name dickpants. Can also be refered to as brokeback pants.

Richard said he was going to come watch the basketball game with us, but then he gave us the dickpan and told us he had to eat alone and didn't want to bother with parking.

DICKPANIC (or DICK PANIC); noun; a sudden, overwhelming and irrational fear that produces hysterical, overly-loud, overly-bro, definitely no-homo behavior in straight or wanna-pretend-to-be straight men when in close proximity to other such men with their dicks exposed such as in locker rooms or bathrooms or -- you know, a "just-bros-no-homo" circle jerk thing.

The three teenboys started talking way too loudly and laughing way too hard at everything that wasn't funny on their way to the showers in the gym locker because they fell into dickpanic.
