A: a person that has taken too many dabs an can no longer recollect or problem solve.

B: a victim of smoking to much oil to function.

C: Unable to comprehend simple reality.

Andy seems to look past the simple tools he needs to complete his task. He becomes unable to function. He must have dabmentia.
