The act of tearing something (usually paper) in half, and then tearing those halves in half again, in an attempt to invalidate it's usefulness, usually done right before throwing the item away.
A mixture of the words "cut" and "wad" formed into a homonym of the word "quad", which also describes how many pieces of the original item are created when you "cuwad" it.
