A cuckney is the female equivalent of a cuck in the sense of being a trash human being. They are considered the low point of a room. The cuckney and the cuck when together although seem to get along and are deadly to everyone else.

That girl is such a cuckney, thank god a cuck isn’t here or we would be screwed.
