Crotchtussling is the male version of scissoring.

Dylan: "Whenever I get into a tussle, people always start going for my crotch."

Silverman: "CROTCHTUSSLE!!!!"

OR:

Silverman: "Haaaeeey, you wanna go crotchtussle tonight?"
Dylan: "Okaaaaay, I would love to!!"

Silverman: "Uhhh. Two young dead hot Hispanic intolerable boys. Crotchtussling."
