A cold, wet, soggy, decaying food substance. Usually describing forgotten food left in the back of the refrigerator or pantry.

After finding the crapnasty leftover salad in the back of the refrigerator, I knew where the fruit flies were coming from.

Dude you've got crapnasty pizza in here from two months ago! Clean the fridge!

2.Or somebody whose shit is the length of a Dole banana.
3. Or somebody whose shit looks like the dairy queen swirl cone. It was swirled to perfection.

Any unexpected mess involving mass quantities of fecal matter.

A project or incident that has gone totally wrong.

Shoddy workmanship.

The babies diaper exploded..it was a total craptastrophe.

I fed my dog chinese last night and i woke up to a complete craptastrophe in my den.

John and I worked late and tried to fix the Holt project. After 6 hours its still a total craptastrophe.
