Shortened to cranak in some areas, is a reinterpretation of crackle and in turn Crack, referring to meth amphetamines or ice. Being Cranakld, is how you act, appear, and feel, after having ingested said stimulants. can also be a derogative term for the state of a crack-heads demeanour and appearance.
