Unlike colloquialisms, a coleisim are words or phrases that are typically used within the law enforcement community. They are not words or phrases used in typically ordinary or familiar conversations amongst the general public. A coleisim is best suited to informal conversations.

"If this is your first jury trial, you better head to the stores unit for your issued powdered wig. Oh man that's a coleisim if I ever heard one"!

"Officer, get over Fleet and ask them to put the winter air in your scout car tires. Hey....I wasn't born yesterday, if I had a dime for every coleisim I'd have enough money for an endless supply of plastic coffee"!

Serial Monogamist

Someone who jumps from one relationship immediately into another one.

Serial monogamists can not stand to be alone and often suffer from vast commitment and insecurity issues.

Because they jump into relationships immediately after the previous one has ended, serial monogamists typically don't take the time to reflect on their behavior or why their previous relationships failed; thus, they end up making the same relationship mistakes over and over again.

Person 1: Damn, Dustin already has a new girlfriend?! It's only been two weeks since he broke up with his fiance! I think he's a sociopath.
