1 Someone who cannot stop being a cockblock, and seems to have a man-crush on one of their friends who they cockblock, or someone who is unhappy with their situation so they want to make their friends suffer by cockblocking them.

2 Someone who seems to cockblock everybody all of the time for no apparent reason.

Sam is such a cockblockatron, he keeps showing up whenever im trying to get some ass.
