The small, hard, petrified chunk of shit that blocks the rectum when a person is constipated. The chongloo continues to cause more severe problems and discomfort the longer it's in place. It's also a celebretory exclamation that's made when the chongloo is finally dislodged and drops into the toilet. The term is said to have originated in China and later came into common useage in Malaysia. Recently it has been used frequently in the southeastern United States.
