A lifelong and incurable condition that manifests in stupid behaviour, irrelevant quotes or singing along to the wrong record whilst maintaining imperfect pitch, it's chief exponent being a nice chap called Harry M.

On Xmas day coming out with a quote 'ho ho ho and a bottle of rum' (clearly a bastardisation of Father Christmas and Treasure Island - chalkism at its finest)

A neurological disorder that can be spreaded through close contact with Chal. Commonly characterized with difficulty with simple math problems and common human language.

Teacher: what’s 18-6?
Chal: I don’t know, I have chaltism.
