A companion. Derived from the word 'boy' or 'boi'. Typically used in a casual setting. The word 'boyzo' can also be used as a subject when insulting someone (often as a finisher). 'Boyzo' was founded by a group of students in Canada in late 2014/2015. And since, it has gained significant popularity.
