A Boogerlock is formed when several strands of nosehair become entangled in a booger, effectively forming a nose-dreadlock. Not so much nappy, but rather goopey.

Yo Fred! After you wipe your nose, you best take some clippers to that nose hair of yours- lest you be wearing them boogerlocks!
