The feeling when high, that everyone around you is excessively attractive, even if they are six, you see them as a ten. The same effect as beer goggles, except when you are high.

Guy 1: Bro, last night all the girls at the bar were fine as hell.
Guy 2: Dude, nah, you were too high, there were a few, but most of the girls were a six at best.
Guy 1: I must have been using my bluntnoculars.
