One who collects bitches in their car/mode of transportation. Often is employed by the HBIC as a designated driver, the one the bitches trust their lives with on the road, or whoever the HBIC can get to pick up the bitches.
"The HBIC requests that you be the bitch collector tonight. We need rides to dinner and then the party after. You have the biggest car." (Bitch to potential bitch collector)
