Often used by Ohioans and to a lesser degree also North Easterners to mean drunk. But not in Pittsburgh and the southern west part of PA.

A very popular menu item at Taco Bell. It includes nachos, cheese, bean dip, taco meat, lettuce, tomatoes. In other words a perfect mixture of a bunch of stuff that makes the average person crap themselves.

It's spelled "belligerent", from the Latin "belligerare", to wage war.

1. Inclined or eager to fight; hostile or aggressive.
2. Of, pertaining to, or engaged in warfare.
Seeing spelling suffer so egregiously makes me belligerent towards those who would spell it "beligerant".
