Beetle Top

The beetle top is my way of describing a new 2018 hairstyle I've also labelled as being slick. The beetle top is the top of someone's hair who has it gelled back on top very much so like that of a beetle's abdomen. The lines and the overall shape of its shell, looks like the top of someones head when the hair is slicked back.

His hair looks hip with that slicked back beetle top.

An unwanted or degrading feature that worsens an already unfavorable situation, highlighting its baseness or unpleasantness.

The project was already a mess, and his lazy attitude was the dung beetle on top of the poop.
