I'd abbreviate it this way: bein's because it stands for "Bein' (being aka given that the fact of life) is"

Be'ins = Bein's that we're in West Virginia, we may as well talk like rednecks. (*Rednecks originally were union miners who wore red neck kerchiefs, and were heroes targeted by mine companies' hired guns).
