(also see add) bauer shit is some shit that is pulled that just defies normal human logic. bauer shit is done without much logic, in fact none and leaves you saying "why, why the fuck did you just do that."

Jon being a POS by doing some bauer shit when he kept touching the water faucet repeatedly before he left.

I didn't know the number to that fly bitch's cell so i just pulled some bauer shit and guessed it.

I was walking to the basketball court when my friend stopped to go back and move a twig 1 centimeter. That was some bauer shit.

Someone who has been 'holding in' a shit for a period of time, thus allowing the faeces to 'cook' or 'bake' inside their anus.
Usually occurring through lack of toilet facilities although some bakers have been known to bake for pleasure,fame or purely just the for the craic.
