First popularized by user "ghaleon" on Blurty.com (and on other boards frequented by this individual) to describe the suspensions of asshats and n00bz, following the fiftieth Strong Bad email on Homestarrunner.com. Has been institutionalized on Blurty.com as a community in which official discussion of suspensions is carried out. Exclamatory form: BANLEETED!
