Baihe is a genre of Chinese romance novels that specifies Lesbian romance. It is similar to the Chinese equivalent of yuri, WLW, or GL. It is often homoerotic lesbian love stories, but can range from being completely SFW, or highly SFW.
It is directly translated as "lilies" (百合.)
