The act of using Youtube comments to magically track down individuals through the internet, presumably obtaining all information about them in the process.

Mainly done by people who have no real computer skills, and is thus regarded by some as an empty threat.

If you keep sending threatening comments, I will backtrace them, find out who you are, and report you to the Cyber Police.
