A synonym for "action". Similarly to 'action', refers to sexual intercourse. While the sexual meaning of 'action' can be implicit, the 'xxx' makes it explicit.

Hey man, did you get some aXXXion last night with that chick?

This movie sucks, there's no axxxtion.
