An Artipper is a person who may or may not be an artist per se, but is an artist at tripping; especially on psychedelics or other kinds of drugs.
Person A: That woman takes so much psilocybin, and still has fun doing it! How?
Person B: She’s an artipper.
Person B: She’s an artipper.
