A word used by tossers, dumb chicks, and general teenagers of all sorts in reference to an alcoholic beverage, usually a chick drink, as this is what is most commonly ingested by the aforementioned individuals. These people may also use the word alchi(alchy). Usually used to avoid mentioning a naughty substance, golly gosh they would be in strife if their parents were to find out...

Girl: hey baby, want to get me some more alcomohol...
Guy: nope. I've having a beer, and you can go fist.

When someone has reached the level of intoxication that they no longer feel the cold. So they do not require a jacket they have their "alcohol coat."
