Aguascalientes Mexico - 1 of the 32 states which comprise the Federal Entities of Mexico. located in the northern part of the Bajío region, in north-central Mexico,

It is bordered by Zacatecas to the north, east & west, with Jalisco to the south..

Finally, the meat is served together with the aforementioned broth & accompanied with Corn tortillas
