Agrumble

The awkward mumble after agreeing to something, often in strange conversations or after talking about a personal topic.

Joe: "So how was the sex?"

Bob: "It was pretty ok."
Joe: "Thats good..."
Bob: "yeah uhmm. yeah" *agrumble*
