A "Yasserbossa" is someone who has both a phobia AND fetish for cranking. When someone is screaming with fear and covered in excrement but somewhat enjoying the experience they are said to be in a state of "yasserbossing"

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".
