This is an expression that is said when another usually flops or poos, or sumtymes being just plain and chauncy, it is usually followed by a name.It can cause serious entertainment to kick a sesh and start saying "WUOOOW" to another bunned person, because of their reply being "WUOOOW" right back at you.

A wuwuzela: The constant, highly irritating background noise created by crowds of people, usually women (AKA "woo-girls") and usually as audience members at TV shows like "Oprah", "Dancing with the Stars", "American Idol" and "The Biggest Loser", as they scream "WOOOOO!" enmasse.

Can be written "wuwuzela".
