Wikocracy

The empowerment of citizens through the free flow of information through public institutions like government. When all citizens have the ability to be publishers of information that was hoarded by traditional power structures that have benefited from such secrecy.

The shift from authoritarian democracy to wikocracy was first seen when all citizens became publishers of news, and not just traditional media.

Wikicracker

Someone who categorically disputes the accuracy of Wikipedia without knowledge of specific examples. This person believes that Wikipedia is not a 'real encyclopedia' because it doesn't follow a traditional writing / editing process.

Even though Mike was an expert in barebacking, he was just plaing the roll of wikicracker by disputing the Wiki entry, since he didn't even bother reading what was written.

wikiocracy

n. From "wiki", the prefix of editable websites, and "-cracy" a suffix of different government types. Denotes a government where anyone can edit the laws, or a government where laws are followed by choice.
A person who advocates a wikiocracy is a "wikicrat".

There is a constitution, but in a wikiocracy, no one is made to follow it.

You don't have to go to court because we live in a wikiocracy.

webocracy

Like its predecessor, bureaucracy, webocracy means all of the forms, documentation and policies you need to wade through to get anything done. Webocracy is simply "lots of paperwork and wasted time", only online or via the Internet.

The patient tried to access her medical records via the new online system, but was confused and discouraged after wading through all of the webocracy.
