The act of "bringing the whip down" onto someone, or something. You can also give or receive a whipdown. Similar to "getting owned," or "getting told." It can also be used as an interjection.

A male who is whipped(on a leash) by his girlfriend. Thats the whip part. The dog is if he is still your nigga but hangs with his gurl alot.

when you're holding up your phone and making faces at it, as though you are taking a selfie, but you're really taking a picture of the person across from you or the wall or anything else that seems interesting but you don't want to be caught dead taking a picture of.
